Serving the Cozumel community since 2006, The Cozumel Sun Medical Equipment Loan & Rental Program is dedicated to helping people in need access essential medical equipment. Our goal is simple: to provide medical equipment free of charge whenever possible to those who need it.
How the Program Works
The use of our available medical equipment is free of charge to anyone in need, and helping those in our community remains our top priority.
Donations and proceeds from equipment rentals help support the program and our broader community assistance efforts.
How You Can Help
There are several ways you can support the Medical Equipment Loan & Rental Program:
Spread the word. Let your friends, neighbors, and community organizations know that we are here to help.
Donate medical equipment. If you have clean, usable medical equipment that you no longer need, please consider donating it so someone else can benefit from it.
Rent equipment when needed. When you need equipment, you may rent it from us and make a donation that is affordable for you. Your support helps us continue assisting others in the community.
Our current inventory includes:
- Wheelchairs — 3
- Walker — 1
- Oxygen concentrator — 1
- Crutches — 3 pairs
- Nebulizers — 2
We also distribute toilet seat risers, shower chairs, and canes, as supplies are available.
Advertise Your Business — Free of Charge!
We also invite local businesses, organizations, and community groups to advertise free of charge in The Cozumel Sun Group.
We only ask that you limit your advertising to once a week. Posting too frequently can overwhelm the group and may cause people to tune out the messages.
